Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum bill value of Rs.100 excluding delivery charges.

Delivery charges

We charge a delivery fee of Rs.25 for all orders

Delivery Timing

Coimbatore
• Slot 1 – In next 90 min
• Slot 2 – 11am to 12.30pm
• Slot 3 – 5.30pm to 7pm

Note:To avail schedule delivery, the customer must select the slot at the time of checkout

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver every day of the week from 9am – 8.00pm.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by calling our operations manager for Coimbatore – Mr Ramesh at +91-7397721704
However, we will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

Can I return my order?

1. If the packaging has been altered or damaged during delivery
2. If wrong items were delivered against the order.
3. If you are unhappy with your order, you can raise your concern by calling our operations manager for Coimbatore – Mr Ramesh at +91-7397721704
